Role
We are WP6 leader (GaN RF and Power Applications), and we contribute in the task 6.2.2 (Battery Charger for PHEV/EV) and in the task 5.4.1 (Degradation mechanisms in application conditions, SOA and switching failures).
Key Contribution
The main objective of IKERLAN is to develop of a 3.6kW wireless battery charger demonstrator for plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles (PHEV/EV) based on the GaN devices developed within the project.
