UltimateGaN M06 Meeting in Lausanne
The first meeting with all partners since the kick-off in May took place in Lausanne, Switzerland. EPFL - Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne - hosted this meeting.
The UltimateGaN M06 Meeting took place on 24-25 October 2019 at EPFL in Switzerland. The meeting brought more than 50 participants from the UltimateGaN consortium together to focus on the technical progress of the project. All work packages presented their current status and lots of technical discussions took place in smaller groups with the overall goal to exchange the main achievements so far and discuss the next project steps.
To sum up it can be said that the work in all work packages started, the progress made during the first six months was excellent and therefore, highly promising results are expected.
